Our story
Founded in Mount Wellington, serving Aotearoa
We started in 2019 when a group of organisational development practitioners noticed a gap: plenty of wellness programmes, but few that addressed the structural causes of workplace strain — meeting overload, unclear policies, and spaces that worked against focus.
Today we operate from 286 Mount Wellington Highway, partnering with civic, commercial, and creative organisations across New Zealand. We are a consulting practice, not a clinic.

2019 — Studio opens
First consultations from our Mount Wellington space, focused on meeting culture and hybrid handoffs.
2021 — Nationwide reach
Remote workshops extended our support to Waikato, Wellington, and Canterbury organisations.
2024 — Guide library grows
Published internal toolkits now shared with engagement partners on request.
2026 — Continuing the kaupapa
